Open Space in 30 seconds

The first question asked when I mention Open Space is what does a typical day look like? Thanks to friend and fellow facilitator Johnnie Moore I will now be able to point people towards this 30 second video. I have mentioned Open Space in a number of earlier posts and discuss its role within dino inc. It is a concept all organisations need to embrace should they wish to remain relevant in a connected world.
