Moving on … adieu

A year has passed since I first took up residence here at Deaglan on WordPress. Thanks to everyone who stopped by over the interim. It has been a pleasure watching Matt, Donncha and all the team grow WordPress.com from concept to reality. While the blog stats on my dashboard read 270 posts, 53 comments and 3,937 spam comments it will be the conversations that were started because of this place I have called home over the last year that I shall cherish most. As with many places I have come to call home over the years it is yet again time to move on. For those interested in continuing the conversation you will find me over on dino inc. I shall be leaving this site as is for future generations to make of it what they will. For those who do stumble across this weblog in years to come it seems entirely appropriate to sign off by paraphrasing Charles Dickens … these are the best of times, these are the worst of times, it is the age of wisdom, it is the age of foolishness, it is the epoch of belief, it is the epoch of incredulity, these are our times … adieu.
