‘Deaglan’ is the old Irish name for my first name ‘Declan’. I am founder of the Fulfil Group. Over the years I have enjoyed learning how to spend one third of my time with the meter on, one third of my time giving back and one third of my time developing self. This weblog shares my personal opinions and observations on all things to do with organisation in the 21st century. It’s purpose is to raise questions – not provide answers – and is dedicated to my family, friends and all fellow travelers I’ve been fortunate enough to meet on the road of life.
